A. No, you do not need to perform a patch test before every application of Permalash tint.
We recommend that new clients are patch tested in advance of their first treatment with you. This should take place at least 24 hours prior to their appointment.
For regular clients, you should perform a patch test every six months. In addition, a patch test should be carried out if there is a change in your client’s medical circumstances (i.e. prescribed medication, diagnosis of a condition, development of an allergy etc).
Please consult our Patch Testing Policy for further information.

We advise clients check with their GP before using Permalash.

When applied to the brow area, Permalash can tint the fine vellus hair to help create the desired shape and provides a short-term alternative to microblading and brow tattooing.
